Provide Relief for the People of Haiti after Devastating Earthquake

A 7.2 magnitude earthquake in Haiti took nearly 1,500 lives, decimated homes, schools, offices and churches across the country and left hospitals overwhelmed with thousands of people injured. CLM is raising funds for two of our trusted Christian nonprofits who are offering relief efforts in Haiti.

Support Relief Efforts for the People of Haiti

Support relief is active in the wake of a 7.2 magnitude earthquake which struck Haiti on August 14 about 80 miles south of the capital, Port-au-Prince. It was followed by at least four aftershocks and at least 700,000 people could be affected.

Families are facing uncertainty as the loss of life continues to mount and the possibility of aftershocks continues. Preliminary reports confirm that the earthquake caused severe damage to infrastructure including homes, hospitals, roads, ports and bridges, especially in Jeremie, Les Cayes and Jacmel at the northern coast of the southern peninsula of the country.

The Christian-based nonprofit organization, Danita’s Children, is responding alongside local authorities to help with first aid, medical supplies, and medical personal throughout the affected region.

Convoy of Hope, also faith-based, is providing relief supplies including food, water, solar lanterns, and tarps for those in need of shelter from the tropical depression.

Your donation to Christian Life Missions will be split 50/50 with both of the organizations helping with relief efforts or you can click on the buttons above to give directly to each ministry.
